1 Scope of YUB

YUB provides online services to private users and yacht brokers to place ads and provide contact between sellers and buyers of yachts and marine accessories. YUB reserves the right to change parts of or the entire website offer without prior notice, add features, delete features or temporarily seize all website service or seize all website services permanently. All data of YUB is stored under data protection annotated in the disclaimer. YUB provides with this online service only the contact between buyers and sellers from the website's adverts. Users of YUB explicitly declare their consent with this services. Private advertisers can place one ad for free for 3 months on YUB. Ones the advert exires, YUB charges according to its pricing model. Boat dealers can place ads entirely for free with the exception of topads. To the extent that data records of other websites are published on YUB, YUB holds no liability for these data records. All public data records of private and commercial ads will be transferred free of costs and automatically to search engines. All of YUB's provided free services can be terminated at any time without prior notice. No reductions, refunds or claims for damages can result from this termination.

2 User rights and obligations

Website users will be held responsible for illegal actions or abuse of YUB usage. All personal data stored with YUB is protected against access by third parties. In case of suspicion of abuse of data from YUB the user has to communicate this immediately to YUB or change his personal data. Private users who gain access to free services of YUB illegally only provided to yacht dealers will be blocked from YUB immediately. Their accounts will be deleted and no further access to YUB will be granted without prior notice. For any unauthorized publications of private or commercial advertisements users will be held liable and responsible. Users are otherwise held fully responsible for their publications on YUB.

3 Disclaimer

YUB is not liable for the deletion of records by the user and the resulting damage claims by the respective users or third parties. YUB is not liable for damages arising from performance issues, website closures or any other website issues of YUB unless it is deliberate or grossly negligent act. YUB is not liable for the infringement of copyright by users or third parties. YUB is not liable for failures caused by the operator of the web server or third parties. YUB is not liable for user-published data. For all of YUB transactions users agree to the terms and conditions of YUB. Changes or additions must be amde in writing. Compensation claims are generally excluded.

YUB takes no responsibility for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of information provided by users. Liability claims against YUB, relating to material or immaterial nature caused by use or disuse of the information or the use of incorrect or incomplete information are excluded, provided YUB has been no deliberate or grossly negligent. All offers are non-binding. YUB is anxious to consider in all publications copyrights of the graphics and texts, to use his own graphics and text or to rely on unlicensed graphics and text. 5 Final Determination

If one or more provisions of this agreement be or become invalid, then the effectiveness of provisions remain unaffected. If sections or individual formulations of this text are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remain uninfluenced by this fact.
